At the East Texas Crisis Center, our values of compassion, respect, empowerment, and hope guide everything we do. Since 1978, ETCC has provided a safe haven for those impacted by family violence, dating violence, and sexual assault. We offer shelter, counseling, advocacy, education, and prevention services with the goal of restoring dignity and purpose while promoting public compassion and awareness to reduce violence in our communities. In addition, through our Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP), we work directly with individuals who have caused harm, helping them recognize abusive behaviors and build healthier, nonviolent relationships.
We’re looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who want to use their skills to make a meaningful difference. When you join ETCC, you’re not just taking a job — you’re becoming part of a mission-driven team that uplifts and supports one another while creating lasting change.
