Welcome to the East Texas Crisis Center website. We encourage you to browse throughout the site to learn more about the services and programs offered by the Center. With help from wonderful supporters throughout the community, the East Texas Crisis Center has provided counseling for victims of family violence and sexual assault since 1978. Thank you for making it possible for us to continue to fulfill our mission to offer services to victims and help to break the cycle of violence. Abuse of any kind, particularly family violence and sexual abuse, is not something people are comfortable talking about. But, in order for women and children to receive intervention, there must be advocacy available in the community.
